Provides Therapeutic Childcare Services.  The program consists of a multi-level psychological developmental system of services designed for and delivered to abused, neglected, victimized and other at risk children, ages 3-12, and their families.  The child's full range of intervention strategies include developmentally appropriate education, behavior management, social skills education, play therapy, speech and language therapy, health and growth monitoring, and wholesome nutritious meals.  Parenting classes and individual Family Treatment Plans are developed to assist parents in changing their behavioral patterns with their children.

Provides Outpatient Rehabilitation Services including physical, occupational and speech therapy as well as Medical Social Work and Nursing Services.  The Home Health Program provides service to recovering, disabled or chronically ill persons.  Hospice is a program of supportive palliative care for the person diagnosed with a prognosis of 6 months or less to live.  Pediatrics Program delivers therapeutic services of physical, occupational and speech to children 0-12 years of age with a diagnosed delay of deficit.  Child Development offers developmentally appropriate pre-school to children 3-5 years of age who have mild to moderate disabilities in an inclusive, mainstreamed environment.  Senior Care is a program providing home nursing and personal care service to people of all ages and physical conditions.
