United Way of Aiken County helps provide support systems to Aiken County residents that help them to live as self-sufficient, productive members of the community. UWAC provides funding for the following programs:

- Transportation Services - Aiken Senior Life Services
- Best Friend Express - Lower Savannah Council of Governments
- Vocational, Development, and Social Services - Tri-Development Center
