Women United (WU) is a new kind of philanthropy based on a belief in the collective power of women to improve the lives of Aiken County’s women and children.
Founded in 2015, Women United is dedicated to transforming Aiken through active and specific philanthropic investment to tackle our community’s challenges. Designated funds collected from fundraising activities are used to award grants that advance the health, safety, education and economic status of Aiken County’s women and children.
Educational opportunities are offered to our membership to help each of us become better informed and more effective donors.

The Women United Inspirational Tea raises hundreds of supplies that are distributed throughout the community.
