United Way of Aiken County is a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the lives of people in Aiken County by addressing critical human needs. The organization collaborates with 29 partner agencies to affect positive changes in our community as efficiently as possible. These agencies offer 40+ critical need programs to Aiken County, including programs that provide educational assistance, assistance with income stability, help to meet medical needs, and providing assistance in crisis. When non-profit organizations work together, not only can more good be accomplished, but also the cost of fundraising is dramatically reduced, leaving more money for what is important—helping people.
